I just got fitted with Intuition liners for my Krypton Pro's. The fit is excellent except for the volume over the metatarsal/cuneiform area. There is a lot of volume in the liner - so much so that I really can not even buckle the bottom one. I could move it over, but it will not resolve the volume issue, which is created by the double layer of material where the liner over laps on top of the foot. Is there a solution other than trimming one flap to reduce the thickness of the liner over that area?
PS: Took my Aline footbed out of one - problem solved - as long as I am willing to give up my fb which I am not. Problem I think is from the rather aggressive arch protrusion in the fb. So I am thinking I could cut open the stiching and remove material over the cuneiform/metatarsal area where it is doubled in the flat. Is that a big deal to do?
