This Wednesday night I was doing my reuglar routine at the climbing gym, didn't push too hard.
Then around bed time I was getting a very sensitive, sharp pain behind my knee, especially when bending. I've narrowed it down to a strain of the Hamstring Tendon on the Medial Side.
It was still very sharp and sensitive to bending yesterday so I stayed home and stayed off of it. Today it feels quite a bit better, but is still a little sensitive. In addition, I've developed significant muscle soreness in that thigh and hip.
Anyways I had plans to meet some friends to go skiing on Sunday. Now I'm wondering whether I should bail or not. Also doesn't help that the dog kennel has a 24hr cancellation policy =[
