New Western Resort Ski Help?

Posted this somewhere else first oops, anyway I'm a 5'6 130 expert skier that skis 2-3 weeks out west a year and a few weeks in Vermont/Maine.  Looking for a new ski for my Western trips only, have been looking at the prophet 100 and the icelantic nomad (thought it would be good for an expert my size).  The ski must be able to perform all over the mountain, Make any suggestions please!

Looked at the Katana, but how will that feel up to speed out of the deep snow?

fine on eastern hardpack.....

You just have to be able to angulate and get the ski up on edge and youll be fine if you skid turns and ski backseat your in for a world of hurt on them though as the tail will just wash out.

I don't skid my turns or sit back so sounds good so far.  Is that a better choice than the prophet 100 or the Nomad?

better is in the eye of the beholder buts they are easier to ski everywhere, and let you skid turns in crud, powder and tight trees.

simply put any turn size is easier to do in any snow condition because the ski is predecamber or pre pressured, the ski just does what you want no matter what.

east coast hardpack and ice steep blue groomer, not the best of turns but these things work on hardpack.

first skier is me on the katanas

Impressive for a ski that is over 110 underfoot.  Thanks for the help, but I was wondering what are the huge differences between the Gotama and the Katana?  I know the Gotama is 106 wide and the katana is 111, but how differently do they ski?
