Head Raptor 150 RD buckle placement

Thread Starter
Dear Boot Guys,
I have attached an image of the left boot of my Head Raptor 150 RDs. I'm of the opinion that the midfoot buckle was wrongly installed on the boot (placed too far back), which constitutes a warranty defect. However, I've been having trouble dealing with Head. I bought the boots in Australia, but the contact there was of no help because they are just importers. Moreover, the warranty representative for Head Canada claimed that there was nothing wrong with the boot at all when I sent him the images. What do you think? Have you had similar customer feedback with regard to this boot model?

there is nothing wrong with the placement of the buckles on your boots.

have you noticed the number of WC podiums by men and women this year on head boots?

wherever they decided to place the buckles it seems to be working ok for the rest of the world.

looks fine to me,  can you just move the other part of the buckle to make it looser for you?  the ladder that is on the front of the boot, not the buckle on the side

micro sdjustment is all the way out too?
