Nordica Sportmachine 10 CX....need advice quick!

 Hi,

My brother and myself are looking for boots to start skiing again. Been out for about 5-6 years now. We were about intermediate to advance when we stoped.

Today we tried on some Nordica Spormachine RT(
http://www.rei.com/product/792952), and both found a good match. Then we saw the Sportmachine 10 CX on the REI site on sale(http://www.rei.com/product/773233). The price is much more appealing. The flex is rated a bit softer 65-75 vs 70-80 and i was worried it would be too soft for myself but ok for my brother.

I will be skiing Volkl Superspeeds in 168. Im about 5'7 and currently at 190lbs. My weight will go up about another 5lbs max then start to drop by the end of the season[bulking season for competitive bodybuilding].

My brother will be skiing rossignol bandit b1's and is about 5'8 and 170. He seems ok to me, but advice is always welcome/
