Recomendations for a good rental in Taos?

I'm looking for a good rental home/condo in or near the Taos Ski Valley. I need a place that will sleep 10+ people and preferably has some comforts (i.e. hot tub, full kitchen, etc.). If anyone has any reccomendations from their experiences it would be extremely helpful. It's hard to tell what a place is really like from internet pictures. I appreciate your help.

I stay here every chance I get. http://www.alpine-suites.com/accomodations/reservations.html
Reasonable rates and several locations around the base of the hill.

Have not stayed slopeside anywhere else.

I have always had great luck with this company and their homes: www.taosvacationhomes.com/

Hannah's Hacienda and Casa Bella are our favorites - both in Los Altos/El Salto Area (halfway between town and ski valley...

Also, if you want slopeside, Snakedance Condos have full kitchens, spacious, ski chalet, nice place and best value/best location in TSV - 100 feet from lift #1: www.snakedancecondos.com

Thanks to both of you for replying. I've been leaning towards the Taos Vacation Homes so it's great to have someone reccomend them. I appreciate the help.

I've been looking at this thread, too. We'll be skiing Taos the first week of March. Last year we stayed at Dreamcatcher in town (not as long as we had hoped, but that's another Taos story - kudos to the patrol and the doc at the clinic at the base) but we're thinking about the mountain as a base instead. Year before, the Best Western - a dump.

 Another vote for alpine suites!
If you're wanting to explore some other options, and feeling adventurous, you can also try the Santa Fe/ Taos craigslist...  I've done well there and haven't had any problems (as I also do the homework.)  Can find some listings by realtors who professionally list houses there, just MAKE SURE to check them out first.
