i'm sure you've seen the p90 x infomercials by now, well today in my inbox p90x came up with a skiing article and  routine:



now, i've bought that p90 thing myself and the only one i do is the plyo x, the rest just dont do anything for me; but reading the article and knowing the excercises; i'd say plyo x and core syngeristics would help your strength and enduranceon the slopes.

the rest, you just might as well do situps and lunges IMO.
