I will be skiing JH from 1/27 through 1/30 and would like to take a 1 or 2 day private lesson.  Can anyone recommend a good instructor who might be available during this time.  Its my second trip to JH and I would like to see more of the mountain with out getting myself in too much trouble.  Thanks.

Teton Powder Junkie, a Bear who posts up here frequently.
I've not taken a lesson from him, but have skied with him at JH. All around swell guy, marvelous skier, and knows JH well enough to get you into any type of trouble that you desire.

Thanks Bazzer, I really appreciate the recommendation.  Markgi...  I have been a full time instructor at JH for the last four years.  I have been a pass holder for 20 years.  My current assignment is teaching adult group lessons levels 7-9.  I will teach any level, but consider myself best at level 8.  I really enjoy teaching tactical skiing through bumps, rocks, and trees.  I can help you and can use the work.  I am always available for any private lesson.  Bob Peters is also excellent and has been here even longer than me.

TPJ, you are most sincerely welcome. I would not have posted up a recommendation that you did not earn. Happy, healthy new year, and best wishes for a great season.
