Looking for similar fit to Nordica Hot Rod 105

I'm currently using a Lange Freeride 120 with a lot of punching and grinding to make it right. But not right enough.

I tried on several pair of boots the other day with the Nordica Hot Rod 105 giving the best fit. Tightest in the heel, with a 100mm width for a little more comfort than my Langes. I am in an 11 1/2 street shoe. Size 10 Langes. The Nordicas were 27.5's.

Just trying to find out if there are any other sinilar fitting boots to the Hot Rod for me to try on before I pull the trigger.  I had tried on some Nordica Speedmachines, Salomon Impacts and Technicas. The Salomons were a close 2nd.

Thanks.

as you have found, many companies make a 100mm shell boot.  just a matter of finding the best one, and the best boot fitter and working with both.

What did you not like like about the HR 105? In other words, how would you want a boot to be different than that one??

My one concern was that I couldn't fit my custom footbeds in without alot of discomfort. Just not quite enough room. I was hoping if I ski them for a couple of days with the stock footbeds they will pack out enough to get my footbeds in there.  Not sure if that will work.

Also, a little concerned about the "furry" liners not holding up over time.
