Store them? What's that? I ski 365. They just sit out overnight until I ski the next day.

How do you put away your gear?

End of the year base work and wax. Bindings dialed down and stored in the latched position.
Stored vertically with the tails sitting on wood. Ski brakes, if equipped not locked together.

Strange time of the year for this question....

In the market for a new rack - saw the ad for BordzUp - just wondering what others have done.  I've always used a rack that keeps them vertical, off the floor and supports them around the tails - seems like the more common approach in the manufactured racks is to wall mount and hang them from the tips.  Probably should have put the question as how do you store your skis between uses rather than for the season, cause I use my rack as the place where my skis sit whenever I'm not skiing, be it for one night or the summer.

Throw them in the corner. Basically, if they're not on my feet or thrown in the truck bed, they're thrown in the corner.Hey - at least I take them out of the truck bed.

I throw the ones I ski on the most  on my old pickup canopy  in the garage. It's handy to select and stuff . Maybe when I get rid of it I'll move them into my ski closet where they live until it's their time to go play.. Until then ,the old truck still is serving me as an old friend should.  Anybody need a cheap truck that still runs ?
It makes a great ski ,snowboard and kayak rack .

I've been leaning them, but I am building a wall rack in a closet....I'm just a bad carpenter and it's taking forever.  I'd rather ski, you see...  But, it's comin' along.
