How about we meet up at the mall entrance on the slope side, at 9 AM Sunday morning?

I'll be wearing a bright yellow jacket and a funky pair of snow pants that you won't be able to miss.

Snow pants? What are you 7? Does you mom dress you in your snow outfit and your snowpants so you can go out and play?

TC --Marcia and I did not receive a schedule -- have we been voted off the island?

Greg -- You aligned my boots at Vail last winter. Made a big difference!  Looking forward to saying hi.

Dchan -- looking forward to seeing you and your dad again (this year, I think that I can keep up with him!)

 Bob, are you whining!?

I just sent it to you aaaaagain!
Let me know if you don't get it in the next few minutes, eh?

Got it.  Thanks -- I only whine when I don't get my way.

- Looking at Boots: How I Know You're Not a Ripper
- Mountain Tales: Celebrities and other weird fittings at Vail and Stratton
- The Florida Fit: How to know they sold you boots way too big
- Three Ways to Tell You Should Run From a Boot Fitter Before Your Feet Can't
- The Three Biggest Mistakes People Make About Boots: Save Yourself Now!
- The Black Toe: Is it the Coming Plague?
- To Foam or not to Foam - Do I really want to go there?
- Shintongue!: It's not Chinese
- The Implications of Ebay and Skiboots: What You Need to Know before I Tell You to Go Away
- Feedback to the Bootfitter: Where's the Line to Whining?

Let me know if you need more topics!
If someone is interested in some other topic let's hear it.

These are all great topics.  I propose that Tog get up prior to Greg and Terry in order to warm up the crowd.  He can get in the right mood for asking thoughtful and insightful questions.  I'm just  not sure if I can take Greg making fun of my boots again.

Thanks for the greetings and solutations. I will be attending as a attendee and not a boot guy. I believe Mosh is designated boot guy for the event. Looking forward to getting on a new mountain and meeting some new folks.

Anyone flying into or passing through Eagle around 11:00 am. on Saturday that might be able to give me a lift to Snowmass? I will have skis and boot bag.

Err, should mention that one interesting point is the meetup point. There's a main entrance from the Mall area to about midway. Lots of people hanging around. Meet on the *far* side of the piste.

Timing?

If we were meeting you "Down at the River" does that mean in the middle of it? Truly you're from an island culture, are we expecting the Spanish Armada? Spooked by the Texan?

2.  Anyone want to meet up Sat. night to watch the Cowboys/Eagles game?  Starts at 7:00 p.m. central.

You can pm me if interested in either or just reply here.

Well, we can watch the game at the Dragon I think it's called. That's where the Foosball is. You're rooting for the Eagles? If they're playing in Dallas, can't we just go to the top of the mountain and watch it on the stadium screen? It's big enough.
lbt, I think you'll like Foosball, you can drink while you play. The downside is it's hard to loose a tooth playing it but we could arrange something.
Note to self: Queen of E controls Canada, Canadians are obsessed with beating each other on frozen lakes till something falls out, English - Rugby, and Hooligans....and a teeth thing too..yes, it's all making sense now.

Well we'll be leaving from Denver probably around 11:30 am.  Pm me or Trekchick if you can tonight if you're still in need. Trek has much more sophisticated technology and may be able to get access to web at the airport. I think her phone does too. Vermont was often a problem, but that's a bit of a third world nation. (I know, you're from Texas, so we're all third world) I'll be in the dark zone. (nothing new there)

aggielucas, I suspect that we'll be coming through the Eagle area around 2 ish, not sure of that's too long for you to wait, but that's what  I suspect for timing.

As for me, I hurried up and got to the airport this morning to make sure that I had plenty of time with the new TSA stuff.  Sooooo, here I sit, all by myself, at the gate 1 1/2 hr before my flight leaves.
I coulda' shoulda' slept in a bit, eh?

Ah, well, at least I didn't miss my flight.........this time

Thanks for the offer.  I went ahead and reserved a shuttle.  To anxious to get there I guess.

On my way to airport now.  See you in a few.

Tog - What time at Dragons?  The game starts at 6:00 MT.

What an interesting trip from the airport.
We made several stops along the way and I fed the Jacket Slut in me with a new DNA jacket.
Will model later......
All in all, the roads were good and I had a decent travel companion, although he was a bit of a back seat(errr passenger seat) driver.

See you all at Breakfast!
