How is getting off the top of the tram?  I've skied there when the coverage in Liberty Bowl is good but getting to it is a nightmare.

Getting off the tram is fine.  I was up there last Friday.  On the Moonlight side, the North Summit Snowfield was closed because there was a massive slide and it's not skiable until more snow falls. 

Over the course of last night and early this morning Lone Peak got about 4 - 5".  It's definitely needed because the warmer temps were creating freeze/thaw cycles resulting in chunky monkey skiing.
