Colorado Springs ski shop recommendations

I'm looking for a good bootfitter and ski shop in colorado springs. Searched the forums but couldn't find anything. From the web, it looks like there are about 4 or so:

The Ski Shop
Colorado Ski and Golf
Christy Sports
Sports Authority (although I missed the sniagrab)

Does anyone have any experience with these shops?

Thanks!

I've been in the area for 10 years. My opinion, skip Sports Authority, just a chain store. I've talked with some folks at Christy, seemed ok but never bought anything there, too expensive. CO Ski and Golf are good people but hit or miss, better pricing. The Ski Shop is way out of the way for me, don't know.  I had some good bootfitting at REI. Main guy there seems pretty good.

Thanks for the info. Forgot about REI, although for me it always seems that their staff is hit or miss and the prices are usually high.

Has anyone gone to The Ski Shop? It's a little out of the way for me as well, but I like me the mom & pop stores.

I bought online at the sale price at the end of last season and they were happy to do all the fitting I needed.  Kind of best of both worlds. Of course I already knew exactly what boot would work and I needed almost nothing except to bake the liner but the guy did know his stuff.

I've been in THe Ski Shop once. It certainly is a mom and pop throwback type of place but that can be a good thing. They did have some high end clothes.
