If you are sick of hearing about the snowiest month in Whistler's history then move along, nothing to see here. Otherwise, I've posted a few pics and embedded a 3 minute video of the powder frenzy here;

It has been absolutely amazing.

I hope you enjoy and that winter comes to a neighbourhood near you soon. cheers

Love the Snow-vember reference... beyond Epic conditions for sure!

 Awesome!  Send us some of that out east!

Ugh.  Everytime I see a Whistler TR I consider blowing off my classes and driving north...

I am a weak, weak man...

There will be lots of snow still but it rained high yesterday. No more bottomless pow till it dumps big again.

That's not necessarily a bad thing in terms of getting the snowpack solidified - I'm sure that the Weasels are linking this a bit, as it helps build a good, solid base on the Olympic tracks.  So what's not so good for the powderhounds is good for the race crew....

 Camera is the VIO POV 1.5. Its the one with the small lens cable and larger body that goes in a pocket or pack.

I am selfish and want powder and don't care for the Olympics at all. Wish they would go away actually but fortunately the rain wasn't as bad as originally forecasted and the skiing it still good up high and more pow is on the way Friday through Monday. Over a foot by Monday, which looks like the biggest day.

Nice post.

Today it was pretty bad, very hard pack -> outright frozen chunks of snow. The bright spot was the Blackcomb Glacier - amazing skiing back there. Video will be up on my site later.

The forecast looks decent, tomorrow (Sat) not so good, but hopefully Sun is okay and then Monday could be good again. Once we get some fresh snow on top of this base, it will be game on again.

The link appears broken (at least for me right now).  I'd love to see the report..

Alternate link?

 ^Strange. Don't know what happened there. I fixed the link above and here it is again,

Still some decent pockets of good snow up high but certainly not inbounds anymore. Maybe a 1' 3" this Sunday but too far off to tell for sure.
