I hate Burma on busy days. It's a terrible trail because of where it is. You have the main (summit) lodge, on Vista. Once you get to the bottom of Vista, you have the options of either going back up the Vista lift, going down the Midway/Chute, which are pretty steep blacks, or going down Burma, a green. And from the top of the trail, Burma doesn't look too intimidating. So you have all these gapers wanting to access more of the mountain all pouring down Burma, and suddenly finding it's a sheet of icy, winding death. I refuse to ski down Burma on a busy day, because I'm in uniform, and I can never make it all the way down the trail without having to stop and call down patrol for somebody.
They should have the shuttle pick up at the top of Burma, and bring people to the valley lodge. There's a little access road there, it could be done.
