ROSSI AVENGER 182 82 TI

First day went great about a foot of fresh snow.
Skis float good for what they are
no speed limit found yet
It was too soft to get much carving action in.
i'll post more on that later

Where are you skiing, where there' a foot of fresh pow?  How do you find the low profile tip in the new snow?

I found the tip to be great. Really wide keeping it out of the snow in the untouched stuff. But hitting pockets of snow in the crud at speed, I'm undecided on that seem to maybe plow into them at first. I find out as the season goes along.
Where was I riding? I knew someone would ask that. Powderking of course, there is always deep fluff there. WWW.POWDERKING.COM

Nice...I haven't been to PowderKing but I've heard a lot of good things. Lots of the dry stuff.

I'm in Toronto...I'm a recent transplant for Whistler. 12C here yesterday... no snow this week

I have a couple of those Rossi Aveneger's in my fleet. I've been on the groomed with them but not in the pow. It's good to hear the perform great there too

Ya at this point they seem similar to the AC 50's and hellcat's. That I skied last year at whistler
But leaning more towards  the ac50, but maybe a bit stiffer. Do you know the flex difference between the carbon and ti?

i gotta make the trip to pow king.  even in a shitty year AKA last year, you still had a 560cm base in febuary
