Interesting thought, Oz. My son skied with the "Copper Choppers" program at Copper Mt. for the last 2 years. He will tell you that he didn't really have any lessons- that they mostly just skied. However, he skied with the same instructor each Sunday, and his skiing improved dramatically. His perception was that he was just out on the mountain skiing with an instructor who was acting mostly as a guide, but clearly he was being coached, albeit in a subtle way, so that he picked up plenty of new skills. I wonder if it is easier to pick up things with less drilling and repitition as a teenager than at my advanced age?
by the way, Spag- was that song written by the same composer as "I Gave Her the Ring, She Gave Me the Finger"?
