What can people tell me about skiing rails (in terrain parks not edges). Difficult? Easy? Is balance under the heel or center of the foot? It looks pretty easy on the videos but as everyone seems to make such a fuss of it maybe it's a lot harder.

My balance point usually ends up being right between my left and right nuts.

The trick is you wanna keep your feet at a wide stance, like shoulder length or more apart. Stick with straight rails til you get it. You want yourself centered when you are on the rail.

Use skis that suck, because when you're done with the rails, they will anyway.
