Potential road trip itineraries?

I go on an annual ski trip with a buddy which is usually last week of January. I had a scheduling conflict which has just cleared up so I'm trying to schedule a trip. I have a condo in Park City so usually that is natural choice. However, last week of january is Sundance. I'm somewhat financially challenged so I need to rent out condo if someone will rent it. That opens up possibility of sking somewhere else since I'm going to have to pay for lodging anyway, and since I'll be going to utah at least a couple of times this season anyway. I was thinking of sort of a road trip to ski some places I've never been. One possible itinerary: 1. Fly into Denver and spend one night with my brother in Colo. Springs. Get up early next morning and go ski monarch for 1 day. Then go to Crested Butte for 2 days and then go ski 4 days in Aspen/Snowmass area. Then back to Denver for home.    2. Fly into SLC ski  Powder Mountain for 2 days (I left out Snowbasin b/c altho I love it, I've skied there many times, but somehow we never make it all the way over to PowMow.) Then drive up to Wyoming to ski JH and Grand Targhee for 4 days. Then back to SLC and home.    3. Fly into Spokane and ski Schweitzer for 2 days. Then either up to BC to Red Mt and whatever else isn't ridiculously far or down south to Sun Valley/ Bogus Basin and then back to Spokane.

Altho these itineraries look possible on map, don't know about winter road closures, insane driving distances or times, etc. Appreciate any thoughts.

Mapquest shows it as 4+ hours from CB to Aspen over Independence Pass (which I am pretty sure is closed in the Winter).  Going via Grand Junction or Minturn both add over an hour.

I've always wanted to do a southern Colorado/northern New Mexico road trip.  Maybe fly into Gunnisen, ski Crested Butt, drive over to Telluride and then down to Taos and I guess drive back to CB/Gunnisen to fly home.  You could also fly into Grand Junction or Santa Fe as well.

The southern colorado/northern new mexico idea sounds cool. Will look into travel complications.I've skied Taos before, but probably not in over 30 years. Would seem new at this point.

I've skied Taos and CB, but not Telluride and the other 2 were on different trips.
