Need boot advice

Thread Starter
My boots are approximately 12 years old and I am thinking about replacing them. They fit great and are comfortable but I seem to "wallow" in them and have problems controlling my skis, especially in crud and powder.

I am 65 years old, 6'4", 210 lbs and ski rather conservatively on mostly groomed runs. I am going to be in Breckenridge over Thanksgiving and thought this would be a good time to get boots.

Any recommendations or advice?

see Jeff Bergeron when you get to Breckenridge.  I can't remember the name of his shop, I think its in Frisco.  Any corrections?

Jeffs shop Bootfixation.com is available online also. You may need to make an appointment ahead of time as that is his busy season fitting many skiers including World Cup Racers. I have used many boot fitters in the past. I know there are many other good fitters around but I can highly recommend Jeff Bergeron. He is truly the BEST I have encountered.
