My oldest will be 9-years old in Jan. and is already skiing double diamonds and starting to carve some decent turns. Last year he wore Atomic IJ 4's that had the right stiffness, but outgrew them. The shop where I bought them is gone, and I don't know what model replaced them. The IJ 4's fit well using the tightest buckle notches (they are about as wide as he can go in a boot). At the moment he couldn't care less about the park, so soft boots are out. Anyone have an all-around (hard pack, pow, bumps, etc.) boot recommendation for a junior who is around 60 pounds and already skiing expert slopes? Thanks in advance for your answers.
