Canyon Sports is at 1844 East Fort Union Boulevard. Their website says they are open 'til 9 pm.
For refreshment, there are two options. We could arrange for it to be brought to the room; OR the Aerie lounge is right down the hall and people could buy food there and then bring it in. If you want alcoholic drinks you'll have to do the former option as Utah liquor laws won't allow you to bring drinks out of the bar.
Would you rather just pick up food down the hall, or take up a collection and have it catered? Also, I'm going to start a Roll Call for the screening in this same forum.
Thanks for the eye-candy guys, all of you. Berthoud, exceptionally sweet shots!! Nothing like a good ol' bluebird morning on a SE aspect to make things vivid - I need to go empty my drool bucket now! A weekday at the 'bird with weather like that... Now that's why I love to ski !! You know how hard it is for me to sit here now and not be able to join in til Wed? (Is there no justice?...hehehe) Well, that's what I get for booking the trip before knowing about Epic...
At least there's a little overlap so that I can semi-coincide with the Bear schedule - I would've had a 6.5 day(ski) starting Wednesday. (wed-thu with 'Bird-'Bird, then Alta-'Basin for fri-sat; sun Superbowl;(my $@# Vikes were supposed to be in it - that's a whole 'nother story!) and mon back to the 'Bird;(or whichever place we'd liked the best so far) and last day tue - half day at Solly 'Tude maybe before having to fly out) That's the way it would have gone; however, I'm rewriting things somewhat to be able to say hi before y'all start going home on me; which puts me at... Snowbird on the weekend. Oh boy! So be nice to me, OK?
PS - Liv4ski - Thanks for sharing your internet connection so BP could get those shots up(hope you're not being charged by the byte!)
