My son is a new instructor (snowboard). He has been snowboarding now for 5 yrs. Anybody have some good advice to offer?

There is not too much (any?) snowboarding discussion in this forum. But, some of the advice around the philosophy of teaching my be apt. Have him hang around and look through the archives and read some of the articles and let him make his own decision.

Have him tag along with some of the instructors with lots of time on the snow. He won't get paid, but he will learn the different ways of "saying things" that will work with one student when the "book approach" fails.
