I do not have any personal problem, none, since i didn't said nothing about his skis i just said about service ( attention) !! Maybe Wagner, your staff and your products can be great but they are not giving me the opportunity to meet this side !!
Now it is important that the owner of a company or someone involved with the "project" suddenly read this threads and see where your company can improve since this is unfortunately "losing opportunities" ...
