It was pretyy exciting man. I thought Barel's run was unbeatable. Until 4 or 5 guys beat it.

Didn't watch it, but that is REALLY cool that Peaty took a Gold at Worlds, there is no one that has ever deserved it more than him. He can now officially go into the the MTB Hall of Fame as 'The Greatest DH racer EVER'

I'll bet his Guinness tasted good last night!

IMHO - Vouilloz is still one step above, but for sure he eclipsed Hill last night. I'll bet his Stella did taste good last night.

Vouilloz was incredible, the most dominant man ever to race, but Peat raced against every generation and has done unbelievable against all of them. I would agree that Nico had the most pure talent but Peaty has put up the wins and kept competing at the highest level against newer and faster competition on better bikes on harder courses...

He's put up the numbers, he's raced the very best of each generation... Vouilloz can't say that.

Peat didn't get the wins until Vouilloz retired, and nobody has ever dominated like Vouiloz did.
