If you want to do the Iceman, I bet I can get you a registration.
Heck, I'll even be your support team!
The start/finish is nearly in my stomping grounds.

Iceman entries are already coming up for sale on e-bay and MMBA.org. More should start showing up as the date draws nearer. Anybody who tries to sell for more than cost plus the $10 transfer fee is taking you for a ride (unless shirts are included in the transfer).

Try it, you'll like it.

The iceman was this past weekend, and it did not live up to its name.
61 degrees and sunshine.
No ice
No Slush
No Rain
No Snow......
Just sunny skies and fun trails.

some of my buddies were there

mens pro
Travis Saeler 22nd 1:39
Timonthy Carson 32nd 1:41

Womens Pro

Michele Johnson 22nd 2:11:26
Lee-Ann Beaty with a crash 26nd 2:22:36

I should have went !!!  I can normally stay with in 5 minute per every hour of racing against travis and tim if the course is non technical(like the Iceman). Heck I have actually beat Tim road racing before! They kill me on technical stuff though

congrat to all of those who went especially the burghers!

Holy crap...there was a HUGE crash in the Men's Pro division, right off the starting line. It HAD to hurt as the start was on pavement this year to accommodate the 4,000 riders they had due to the on-line registration debacle.

Imagine training, paying your entry fee, etc., only to get taken out 20 yards from the start! Yikes.

The Iceman is now officially THE BIGGEST single day mountain bike race in the country.

This was a wicked weekend by all accounts.
I wish I could have been there but too many obligations pulling me in different directions.
