New Mexico ski areas Angel Fire Resort and PajaritoMountain are each offering three free days of skiing for Monarch pass holders. Monarch pass holders will be able to ski at Alta, Utah for half price throughout the 2009-10 ski season.
New for this year Grand Targhee, Wyoming has been added to the Monarch pass program. Monarch pass holders will be able to ski 3 free days at Grand Targhee with a lodging reservation. “The perfect winter road trip would be to hit Targhee for a few days and stop by Alta on the way home” said Greg Ralph, Monarch’s Marketing Director. “You could have a great season if you visited all the areas on the Monarch pass” added Ralph.
Pass holders from all of the Monarch partner ski areas will be able to experience MonarchMountain this season as all of the benefits are reciprocal with Monarch.
Monarch Mountain located in South Central Colorado is what you expect from a real Colorado ski area. Abundant natural snow (350 + in.) and friendly people are two of the areas strongest attributes. You walk from your car right to the lifts, prices are reasonable, and the runs flow naturally back to the base area. At Monarch you’ll lose the crowds but not your friends.
