I'm recovering from a second sprain of my right MCL. I'm doing a lot of body weight exercises, including lunges and some hip exercises, but I was wondering if there was anything else I could be doing. I plan on getting a Bosa ball and building a balance board.
I know my way around a gym rather well and was looking more for exercises to prevent further injury and to keep my muscle groups balanced.
The sprain was about 10 weeks ago.
