One thing is for certain; I've never seen anyone ski those Praxis like Bklyn over every condition imaginable so fluid and easy…pretty amazing actually…she’s the best at it.

Finn, that coat is put on me by Betsy for those days of flat light.  Apparently I’m supposed to act as the lighthouse

Good thing we wore different jackets this year or you’d never know it was two different years!

Thank you so much everyone!  What a great time.

Cannot thank Bklyn and dookey67 enough for driving all the way from Utah and CA – what a great surprise.

Great group, great day.

You know, they make both of those cakes in even bigger sizes .....so for our other Bear friends…. Sunday May 1, 2011  -- start making those travel plans now everyone!

Have you skied with cgieb? I don't think so, otherwise you'd know it doesn't matter what ski he is on!  Our BSLs are too far apart to swap, but I know he would rip on them.

They are the Praxis Powder 185 from the first year of production for them. It's my third season on them, and I never wrote a review so here you go:

The most durable and best built skis I have ever had.  A joy to ski. After approx 70-80 days on them over the 3 seasons they are still "like new".

Thank you for the compliment!

Brooklyn- I have skied with chris and I know how much he just loves FAT ski's. If you haven't had that discussion with him, you should   He's less than enthusiastic about them........Chris is an expert- and can ski on barrel staves!  I beleive my last conversation was with him and Barnes over buffalo burgers, but my comment was that my fat skis are training wheels until I can ski like him

yea, but did you know that Bob has a pair of fat skis?
