Outstanding Customer Service at Breckenridge Ski School

I emailed the Breckenridge ski school to tell them about a bad group lesson I had. After several emails back and forth, they gave me a 2 hour private lesson with an examiner!!!!!

While I doubt this is standard procedure, I couldn't believe the level of customer service they gave me!

Kudos to Scott Ring, ski school supervisor, and Chuck Creen, my instructor!

This lesson was better than all the lessons I've taken in the last 5 years combined.

Thanks Scott and Chuck!!!

I'm glad it worked out, and it did because you handled it the right way. What's the old business saying, "If you like our service tell others, and if you don't, tell us so we can make it right." Kudos to you and the Breck Ski School.

And then there's the Breck day care center. My cousin took their lovely little girl there while we skied for the day, picked her up at 2:30 only to find she hadn't been fed for the whole day hadn't been changed since God knows when. And, all this special care for $70. They won't get my recommendation, ever.

Lars, you might send your comments to John Buhler at the Breck school. I know him to be extremely concerned about quality and the response for Lurking Bear is typical of this organization.

Ric,

Thanks for that correction, I had both written down so I wasn't sure.

And he is a heck of a nice guy.

He mentioned that you and Bob had been out the week before.

Thanks to Lurking Bear and Ric for those kind words.
