Thread Starter

OK, You asked for it.  You got it.  Toyota!

Errr, I mean, here they are the two greatest, singing together, just as they did on

STAR TREK!

Nimoy and Shatner the two greatest voices of the millenium!

Yes, those Shatner, Nimoy, other people trying to cross over wannabes suck, but they don't meet the litmus test of it being an overplayed mainstream media piece of crap required to qualify under OPs rules for the thread.  Olivia Newton John certainly does as with most of the other crap posted here.

How about this Canadian, reggae, Vanilla Ice wannabe, who was overplayed on MTV during a 4-week period in the early 90s?

Too hard core for me.

Let's not rule out Dread Zeppelin!

I have their cd -- I actually liked them back in my MTV's HEADBANGER'S BALL days of wearing black T-shirts and rock'n to IRON MAIDEN and G 'n R on my car's cd player!

Aleph - Good catch - Bobby Goldsboro - Honey

That was bad even when it was a 'hit'.

Anyone else remember the Smothers Brothers take on it.  One of them walked through the house singing the song, giving a guided tour, the other collected the donations.  After everyone left, they switched Roles, for the next group of suckers.

Even Led Zepplin likes Dread Zepplin.  They are excellent.
