Now I know many of you may want to argue with this but it's part of my definition and I'm stickin to it. In spite of the fact that people like Bob Peters (and many others here on Epic - I just thought I'd pick on Bob) can ski tough terrain on their racing slaloms better than I can on my popsicle sticks doesn't change a thing. If they can't appreciate this fine ski (along with other fat big mountain skis) they can't be an expert - it's that simple.</font>
But Si, I really *do* appreciate PR's.
Sort of like I appreciate New York City. It's a great for an occasional visit, but, Oh Mama!, I wouldn't want to live there.
On a final note, I did find myself wishing I had a fat pair of skis this year. It was only one day. It was kind of a curious combination of very deep and yet somehow oddly dense snow, but it sure would have been nice to have a bit bigger platform that day.
Luckily, the feeling went away.
