Thanks Skydiver for a peak into next year. I feel old and out of touch when looking at the new gear , graphics, colors etc. I also get the impression the industry associates most everybody is skiing on a big mountain chucked full of powder most days.

Thanks guys! There is a video on YouTube that show a bit of the TwinDeck and new variable radius technology.

I'm interested in finding out more about the Nomad Savage.

Aw, now I'm bummed that I didn't try the d2 sl last night. We had a demo of next years race stock at the local hill. Mostly for the junior racers, but they had a few adult lengths and models. There was a pair of 165 D2 SLs but they seemed to be out whenever I was in. Should've been more patient I guess.

While I was getting footbeds, Jeff Bergeron said Atomic has some very good stuff coming out next year...not sure what models he was talking about, but I think he likes a race ski feel with good grip...

Here is the PDF of Atomic 2010 race line and damn those D2 GS skis look sexy!

I would save a copy as I am not sure how long that will be up!

Here is another link: http://www.skiculture.hu/en/Alpesi-si/

Not all model have Double Deck technology. The Atomic Ti SL and the Ti GS  do have the powerbridge, and wooden core.

notice those are not race stock however - neox instead of 10-18 bindings. Race stock SL and GS will be D2 only I believe.

yes..all the race stock stuff is D2 as is the high end retail race stuff

those Ti skis are slightly lower end retail race stuff..sidewall construction and wood core as was mentioned. there is also a 3rd line of "race" stuff that is traditional atomic cap construction but without the double deck technology.

the ti skis are atomics answer to someone looking for a cx80 for example but at a significantly lower price point

iirc theyll be about 799 CAN each with binding, as opposed to 1099 for the cx80

They are definitely cool skis.  I just got a pair of the 184 GSs and a pair of the 165 SLs, both D2, both FIS compliant, and another pair of RaceTech 130 CS boots, which I needed as my current pair has 100+ days.  It's probably going to be a while before I get them on snow (Loveland, early/mid-November), but I'll give you a report...it's a pretty straight-up comparison because I have a pair of last year's 183 GSs and 165 SLs...

I want a pair of the Atomic race gs ti in 182 any feedback on them?
