you someone ID this chute for me?

was at snowbird and by accident went down this chute. i'd like to know what it is despite that the hardcore skiier will prob laugh at it's dificulty level.. tx for the help

thats the chute to hte skier left of Chips run, right after the Baldy flats right?

 

get back to me on that and Ill get you a name. Its not a 'marked run" though.

chips run sounds about right. it's right off a blue and pretty much 2 hard turns. i had a hard time doing the turns b/c there was a rock sticking out 1/2 way through.. good run tho, i'm glad i accidently did it

ok I finally got access to a snowbird ski patrol map.

 

That is Hot Lips Gully. Below that is Hot Foot Gully.

 

Fun little area.

It might be easy to take slowly, but it looks pretty difficult to take at speed with that snowboarder blocking half the chute (edit:  - the middle half).

I bet you could straightline it on SG skis for sure.
