Without more specific information of the specific kinds of troubles you have in courses or what your goals are, we can only give you generic race training advice. For example, a good place to start is learning to turn above the gate instead of at the gate. But where above the gate should you start? A common race training drill used by coaches is to set "brush gates" where 3 little brushes are used to mark each turn. The first brush marks where you should start the turn for the gate. This way the coach takes out all of the guesswork for you. You may also want to look at this thread in the modern ski racing forum that talks about how to choose a line.
