Truth be told, I'm okay with the outcome. Now I can go to Big Sky without worrying how to ditch the group so I can sequester with the game in my room.

I would trade a Basketball NCAA Championship for a couple of days skiing Big Sky any day any year.  Not a tough choice between love for skiing vs love for NCAA BB at all

Awesome game from Nova and PITT last night.  I have a very good friend that went to Villanova..  Should they muster the same results in the Final Four I will pull for them in the Championship.

I like Nova for the champeenship now that Pitt's out.

Question: when was it exactly that college basketball got the brilliant idea to recruit football players?

(Woke up to lots of lovely powder this morning with snow in the forecast all week! Thanks for the reprieve, Bulldogs. Next year we'll get some freshman footballers on the squad and make a run.)

Wow what a game. 2nd half lead changes galore. Wild last 15 seconds, it's what March Madness is all about. Watching that game is a minor version of Agony and Estacy. I'm one very happy, proud Alum.

I had lunch yesterday with a Dookie. She now hates Nova and will root for whoever plays them. Somehow, I can't belive a Dookie will root for Carolina.

Today's game of NC vs Ok will be a classic. A great team will go home, A great team will go to Detroit. We can trash talk this week, but it's been a great weekend.

It just ocurred to me that my son and I will be camping out with the Cub Scouts on April 4th. No doubt there will be some activity scheduled during the Final Four games.  DOH!

Who do you think will win it?

If you want, i will take your place @ Big Sky and let you watch the last 3 games. UNC i am pulling for, but to be honest once you get to final 4 its anyones game.

I think UNC. They looked pretty good against OK.

(Thanks for the offer to take my place at Big Sky, but the snow is too good to take you up on it.)

I ike to see all kids from my schools enjoy success.  I even get a little excited when the UTD Chess Team wins the National Championship every year.   Anyone remember the 80s SNL skit about the high school chess team coach? 2 kids playing chess at the center of a basketball court with Jim Belushi pacing back and forth... "queen to rook four... queen to rook four"

My daughters both played high school basketball. I wrote this about the Girls' Montana State Class-C Championship, in which my younger daughter competed.

UNC looked like they were hitting on all cylinders last night. I don't think MSU can beat them.

Today I'll cancel my FSN subscription and start thinking about next year. Zags have a couple of Sudanese refugees coming on the squad from Canada--one of them is named

Bol Kong

How perfect is that name for a BB player?

I watched the game on a little BnW with poor reception and sound off (was in a tent at a campground full of cub scouts and parents that were sleeping)..  Looks like they had it under control, but what was up with Lawson's "foul" foul shots?  Did he make any at all?  He's gotta hit at least half those too or UNC doesh't really deserve to win.  I'm really surprised Michigan State stomped U-Conn quite handily.  This isn't he same team that the Heels stomped earlier this year.

Many thought Moo U couldn't beat USC, then few thought they could beat Kansas, then none thought they could beat Louisville, then none thought they could beat UConnvicts.  Now no one is picking them against NC.  I hope and think they will surprise everyone again.  Go Green Go White

And dipped at the wrong time.  I will give them props, they never gave up.  They actually outplayed UNC most of the second half but the hole was too big to climb out of.  Tarheel grad Mrs crgildart is very happy.  We will be getting some hats and shirts to celebrate.

Blake Griffin has thrown his name in he NBA draft.  This is very bad for OU next year.  I bet the coach Jeff Capel decides to leave too now.
