Where to head for Easter Sunday?

I need to ski Easter Weekend (April 11-12) or the Friday before.  What's my best bet (roughly by airport...)?

Denver (A-Basin, Loveland)

Portland, OR (Mt. Bachelor)

Seattle (Crystal Mt, Mt. Baker)

Maine (Sugarloaf)

From what I can see at this point, the price to travel to any of these places (from Washington, DC) is roughly the same.  Priority is on finding decent skiing, second priority is finding Czech cuisine.   Denver has a reasonable claim to both items.  Do any of the above have a better/equal skiing option with an equal cuisine choice?

Did I miss anything that's a consistent spring choice?

I should have mentioned...  We just got back from SLC.  This is a birthday present trip for my GF, and I don't know if she'd want to go right back to SLC, so I'm looking elsewhere.  That's not to say it's totally off the table, but it's definitely not the first choice.

I thought I heard Mammoth had an airport nearby.
