couldn't REPLY

Changed computers and can not REPLY to a thread on the new box. Any idea what might be different with the new setup that would cause that. Both are Dell laptops running Internet Explorer on XP?

Are you sure you're logged in to your EpicSki account on the new computer?  Does it show your user name and messages in the upper right corner?

Well my name appears in the top right hand corner and under it is the Logout button to click. Everything else on the new PC seems to work. I just unplugged the network cable from the new one and plugged it into the old one( the one I'm using for the email) and everything works fine. I know it's my problem, I just don't have a clue how to fix it!

Did this get resolved Steve? One thing that may be worth a try would be to clear your browser's cache (clearning your cache will not affect saved passwords, etc.)

Internet Explorer 7

  1. From the Tools menu, select Internet Options... .
  2. Choose the General tab.
  3. Under Browsing history, click Delete... .
  4. Next to "Temporary Internet Files", click Delete files... .
  5. Click Close, and then click OK to exit.

Firefox 3 for Windows

From the Tools menu, select Clear Private Data, and then check Cache. Click Clear Private Data Now.

  1. From the Safari menu, select Empty Cache... .
  2. When prompted, click Empty to confirm that you want to empty the cache.

Firefox 3 for Mac OS X

  1. In Firefox, from the Tools menu, select Clear Private Data.
  2. Make sure Cache is checked, and then click Clear Private Data Now.

I got a javascript void(0) error when hitting a reply button very recently.  This is the symptom of how it started last time.

After some time, the javascript void(0) error would start to occur on other reply buttons and on PMs.  Then I was locked out.

I would not be surprised if it happens again shortly.
