New Salomon boot with molded shell?

Anyone have any info on a boot for the next season from Salomon that has a shell that can be molded? Was talking with a boot guy at Vail who said it was coming out next year - was called like X10 or something like that. Tx.

Custom fit shell (CF shell)

just heat and go,  doesn't do anything that a good bootfitter can't already do, and is only avail in the width of the boots shape, (so you can stretch for width, but not for instep height).

Will help some low end stores, do some "custom" fitting, but will not effect a good bootfitter (positive or negative I think)

just makes it faster for a monkey to screw something up I think.   A more powerful hammer, if you dont know how to use it, is still worthless.

Avail on the both the 98mm and 100mm shapes.

Funny, it is not used in the X3 race boot that is 95mm.   Ummm   makes you think?
