Hi folks, I posted this article over in the "Ski Technique and Analysis" section, but I think it belongs here too. It's about the steered turn, and how it's kind of gotten over shadowed in importance by the carved turn. In your learning this sport, don't fall into that trap. The steered turn is a crucial turn for the beginning skier to learn to do well.
This article is one of many I will be writing and providing to the Epic Community as time goes along, that will be on topics of interest to the beginning skier. Please read and enjoy.
