I am 5'10" 165 lbs. I have been skiing for 2 years now and decided to buy my own equipment.
I have the following:
2007 Dynastar Legend 3800 skis (75mm width)
Nordica Supercharger Spark boot (siz 28)
I'm not an ultra advanced skier, but I'm fairly athletic and can do well on skis (anything but moguls, up to single black diamonds). I don't need expensive bidings, just something that's "all-mountain" and won't f-up my knees if I have a crash.
Do you recommend any of the following bindings?
Dynastar/Look PX 12 Lifter - http://www.evogear.com/alpine-ski-bindings/look-px-12-lifter-2009-2.aspx
Dynastar/Look NX 12 Jib - http://www.evogear.com/alpine-ski-bindings/dynastar-nx-12-jib-2009.aspx
Rossignol Axium 120 Pro - http://www.interstatemtnco.com/servlet/the-597/Rossignol-AXIUM-120-PRO/Detail
To me, these seem like good bindings for the price. Just wanted to get some references. I don't think I'm willing to pay more than $150 for bindings yet unless they guarantee than I won't get injured in a fall.
Thanks in advance!
