Dood- redneck is where it's at.  Think overalls.  Print jeans.  Flannel and camoflauge.  Any salvation army will have a full outfit for you for under $20.  That and you can "YEEEEEE-HAW!" to your heart's content.  Thank me later.

Ok TC we have a guy from Mass speakin red nek eh!!!!! What is the world commin too?

GW, you must be laughing as hard as I am.

If I know Philpug, he's thinking retro, neon, with some accents of "the sweater" thrown in.

I'm thinking Red Neck is a bit interesting, but will not likely be condusive  the elements.

This weekend at Bridger I saw Carhartt one-piece suits, all sorts of hunting gear in both cammo and bright orange, snowmobile suits and numerous NFL and NHL jackets.  If the plan is to look like you're an Otan on vacation then redneck would be the way to go.

I am thinking my usual retro garb, I think just something to end off a week of serious learning with a mental blow off day will be fun.

Well Me Ragin and Squatty will be right at home with the redneck theme !!!!

Hey Phil there was several outfits to choose from the last two days at SnowMass on Aspen Mountain

I think you should go in a pink suit with a feather hat!!!! Squatty and TC  would appreciate that!!!

I hope yall have fun wish i could come but can't make it this year !!!

Phil Pug wants  to wear The Sweater. (Or is it the other way around?)

My Phil has a pair of neoprene bibs from the 70s. I'd love to see him wear those.

Sorry, I do ski swaps and my neon has all been properly disposed of according to EPA regulations.

What can I say..I am a traditionalist. I will say, I took it in a slightly different direction.

I have some '79 207cm Rossi STs with Look N77 bindings or some bright yellow 1987 210cm Atomic RS with red & white Tyrolia 490 race bindings or some 1995 208cm Rossi 9X with Marker SC Race bindings if anyone is looking for skis to go with their outfit.

I'll be happy to break out the SOS but I'm not eager to tote my ROC's on the plane for the trip.

Can you say, "HOT PINK!"

I don't blame you, I am unwilling to pay to take a vintage pair of skis west.

I am not going to bring my wooden skis and leather double lace up boots.  That's about as retro as I could get.  I no longer have my skiing red knee socks and brown corduroy knee pants.  Yeh, I was styling as a kid in the 60s.

Bring your long-johns. It's -7 this morning, which will wick moisture out of the new snow and give it a second life. Winter's here!

A retro theme is really going to confuse the locals.  They like to dress up in retro ski outfits for two occasions, the Dirtbag Ball and closing day.  Being that we'll be on the mountain a couple days ahead of closing day some of the locals are going to think the mountains closing early.  In order to not look like partying locals I recommend we don't chug cans of PBR in the lift line between runs.  I realize this will be a hardship for some of the group.

I am always up for brushing some bark.

Does it freeze? Do you ski with it next to your skin for a few minutes before you open it?

Bottles? Cans? Kegs?

Looks like you folks are migrating towards Beer Helmet Day for your theme..
