Next Sunday is Demo Day at my local hill and I would appreciate some ski ideas to make my demoing more focused. I am in the market for something in the low to mid 80s underfoot. A ski that works on groomers and is fine in 20 inches of fresh snow. A 50/50 ski.
My current ski is a Metron 9 in a 164. I like the ski, but a couple of times this season we got 18 to 24 inch dumps and quite frankly the M9 was barely up to the task. (To be sure this skier could use some practice and lessons in powder skiing.)
On paper (and from reviews) the Salomon Hurricane or Fury appeals to me. I have read that the Head Supershapes and Atomic Crimson are well liked, but I think they might be too much ski for me.

Thanks for any input
