lol..I dunno.. just bought them for the bindings..never even looked at them..tossed them in the car..left them outside..and was just a few minutes ago taking them to my bench to pull the bindings..but will now..probablly leave them intact and maybe go for a spin.
They wre puke brown, straight, about 200cm. REALLY UGLY!!. When I took them out ot the car I saw they were Atomics. Atomics? Whatever. Today I noticed they were ATS02. Whatever. Right before the canibalization I SEE on the tiop sheet near the bindings.."Progressive Parabolic Sidewalls"..and I think..yaya..I have seen that before on straight skis..progressive parabolic sidecut. "SIDECUT". These said "Sidewall".
I picked them up and flexed them..they are very stiff. HUGE camber. They are I THINK a laminate ski..they do have a metal top sheet..visable at the edges anyway. There is also some weird raised portion..part of the ski..lmainated over rail? about 1/2" high and about 1 1/2" wide running from the middle to the front and from the middle to the rear.
lol..the sidewalls look like laminates..BUT when you look close they are curved haha..NOT like a cap ski..to the outside..BUT to the inside haha. Sure haha..a reverse sidewall cap ski haha. Consistent the entire length of the ski. lol..vertical sidewalls?..ya..like .sort of haha
Bases have a centre groove too.
I guessed early to mid 90's based on the bindings.
Anyone else seen somethin' like these?
