2008 Fischer Progressor 170cm w/bindings $440

I have a pair of Fischer Progressor 2008's (same as this year's 9+, slight change in graphic) for $440 or best offer.  They have around 20 hours on them, so barely skied!  They come with the RXZ13 binding (has the high-end race release features).  I will give you a sales receipt, so full warranty is included.  These skis are coming back unchanged for 2010.  This is one of the best all-mountain/frontside carvers around.

http://www.ski-review.com/content/view/617/30/ - Does the ski in this link match what you are selling? Why are you selling.  I am interested - local ski shop was recommending the Progressor 7+ for me.  I am an intermediate/slightly advanced skier who likes to go fast.  Need something more stable than my X-Wing 5's.  6', 175 - might your skis be a fit?  Can you post or e-mail me pics?

  Thanks!

Thanks Dawgcatching!Love the Progressors and stay in the business: you underprice and over-deliver!

I'll probably look for a pair of Blizzards next fall and ask you to locate them..Again, people buy from this man, it is such a nice experience!

Cool, glad they made it OK to you.  It is a nice ski, I kinda regret selling them, but I do have some comparabile skis around to try.

HI Chris,

No, this is not the ski you are looking for, but the Progerssor 7+ is a great ski, and we have it on closeout here http://www.epicski.com/forum/thread/80172/ski-sale-2009-up-to-60-percent-off-from-dawgcatching/0

All skis will be additionally discounted starting today, but I have yet to post prices. I am working on it right now.

The 9+ is a slightly modified race carver, very powerful, but fairly demanding.  Not a good choice unless you are really fall into that expert category. I would stick with the 7+.

Appreciate the info.  What size do you have the 7+ in?  What size would you recommend for me based on how I described myself?  Do you mount the bindings and set for boot size?  Now for the last question - best price shipped to 17070?  Ski season is probably over for me, so if I buy now I'll just get to look at them for 8 months!   Thanks.

We still have a size run (165/170/175): for you, I would recommend probably the 170, or 175 if you are skiing faster. This ski likes to be skied 5-12cm under head height.  We do take care of mounting for a given boot size, as well as a mini tune with edge and base bevel (if needed) and a hot wax, scrape, and brush.  They would be $399 shipped.  541-593-2453, I will be around most of the day Monday if you would like to place an order.
