Racing Instruction Sites?

I am a member of an intramural ski team, and I was wondering if there are any good references or web sites to teach the other members the basics of racing. We're not especially serious about it, but there is that element of competition there. They seem to think that the main reason some of the other skiers are faster is because of their equipment, instead of technique. Thanks for any help you can give me.

Thanks. The site was

I didn't find exactly what I needed there, since it seems the site is primarily focused on selling the teaching system, but it had some good information that I may refer to later. Right now my "team" is comprised of people who don't know the difference between slalom and GS, and think that as long as you make all the gates it doesn't matter how you got there.
