Alta/Snowbird ski tix?

We're headed to Alta on 3/6, staying at the Peruvian for 4 nights, and I'm looking for any ticket deals that may be out there. Last year, we found a good deal on the web, and two years ago, one of my buddies got a deal from the guy we rented a condo from.

Anybody know of any deals out there?

Thanks,

Murph

If you go to yahoo and type in utah super ski pass(something like that), you can get a 4 day pass for $224 or so.  Less than $60 a ticket and you can ski Alta, Snowbird, Solitude, and Brighton(I think it includes the night pass as well).  Im going there next weekend.

But that's not a discount. That's just the same price at the resort.

You can find the superpass for $ 50.00 a day.  It was available right at the hotel I stayed at.

Try www.canyonsports.com .  It's close to the best you can do unless you have some "inside connections". Use the superpass for the areas that are more than $50 a day (like Alta) or a discount tic for areas that are less than $50 a day if you decide to move around.

Hopefully somebody can help with where to get the Superpass locally.

Thanks guys, I'll see what I can find with the Superpass.

The last time I stayed at the Peruvian (5 years ago), tix were included with the room. Heck, I should check with them and see what they sell tix for.

Thanks again, and eagerly awaiting email "Powder Alerts" from Alta,

Yeah, I always do the 4-5 day reload and it's reasonable.

Cheaper than Vail! That comes with a side of 'bird right?

I used that Superpass a couple of years ago - what a PITA!!!   At each mountin, had to stand in line at the window to exchange it for an actual lift ticket - at one resort we had to go to a special office to exchange.  maybe its better now, i dunno.

Now we just buy discount tix every morning for wherever we want to go at that ski shop chain - you know the one.

Skied Utah this week, asked for Super Pass at Canyon Sports in Sandy , but they sold single day discount tickets. On average $8-$10 dollars less than up at the mountain. Regarding Alta, the reload at Alta was $1 cheaper than what Canyon Sports charged.
