Big Sky..early..Sat and Sunday

Will anyone be at Big Sky early? I will be coming up from a couple of days Cat Skiing in Steamboat and debating on staying in Steamboat then coming up or coming to Big Sky early. I am open to some options.

s

Lura and I had a scheduling conflict with ESA-BS, but we're 99% sure we'll be skiing BS Saturday and Sunday (4th & 5th). We'd be glad to take a group for a mountain tour either day while some of you die hards run your tram laps.If ther are no intermediate takers we might join up with the die hards.

My plan is to ski Big Sky on Sunday before ESA and Bridger Fri and Sat after ESA.

Rio, you in?

As stated in the other thread, PhilPug & I will be at Big Sky the Sunday before the ESA (unless it snows 18 inches at Bridger and only 1 at Big Sky, like the Sunday before last.)  I'll be at Bridger the Friday & Saturday after the ESA.

Rio, how much \$\$ should I bring for yard sale items?

I think the rate I quoted for retrieving scattered items was \$10 per 100 vertical feet.  Figure out how many vertical feet you normal slide when you fall and multiply that by 4 to figure out how long you'll slide on Lone Peak.

Since I normally ski a mountain(using the term loosely) that is 375 ft of vertical, I may underestimate the value of your services

375 vertical feet and nine lifts?????  Talk about overkill.

7 lifts 2 magic carpets, mostly because its all sprawled out.

More vertical would eliminate at least 3 lifts.

Any way.....back on topic.........

How do you want your payment.  Cash, food or beer?

With the state of the US dollar I prefer food & beer.

Planning on skiing Bridger, Saturday, pre ESA.   Interested in meeting up and skiing with other bears. Sounds like Rio knows the local terrain.  Possible to join in for the 2 bit tour?

Actually, count me in too if anyone is at Bridger on Saturday.  I was already planning on going.  If anyone is going to be around, PM me and we can exchange cell numbers.  I might be at Big Sky on Sunday too, but I haven't made up my mind.  I'd love to meet some of you guys, even if it's just for a beer at the end of the day.

Vinn -

You won't be able to miss us in the lift lines.  We'll be drinking Foster's Bitter instead of the customary PBRs.

BTW Rio, I'm still in for apres on Sunday afternoon.....as promised, I'll buy first rounds....if ya bump into VA or any other local bears please invite them!  Don't forget the road kill for GW!

She just keeps a different pair of skis at each lift.  That way you're always prepared.

So Rio, I definitely want to ski Big Sky on Sunday.  We may need two tour groups depending on who shows up.  I could theoretically get one group lost by myself leaving you to find us later.  Of course I'd rather ski with you.

I very well will be skiing PBR's...does that count?

RC, truth be told, I'm more into beans than hops.

I'm coming in Saturday night.  Will be on the slopes Sunday.  YEEEE HAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am coming in Saturday afternoon.  My flight arrives at 1:33pm to BZN.  I might ski on Sunday.
