Dealing with Fischer Flowflex plate and binding:
- last year's version (which appears to be identical to this year's, save for small matters of cosmetics)
- as found on the RC ski.
No problem remounting the binding for the appropriate boot length, using the predrilled holes in the plate.
But ... how does one finely adjust the forward pressure? I'm used to bindings where the heel moves on a track for fine adjustments ... I don't see any screw or similar device for doing so here. I also can't tell what to use as an indicator of correct adjustment. There is a metal tab behind the heelpiece which is scribed with a series of lines about a mm apart. As I have it now, when the boot is in, the back of the heelpiece is about flush with the back of this metal tab.
