So, I am thinking skiing again, even though I am not yet skiing for a couple of weeks. I will be confined to slow-speed skiing for the first 2-3 weeks anyways, so I figured it would be a great time to work on releases. Holiday was teaching me the cross-under move right before I broke my leg last year, and I was also working on ILE/OLR releases, in addition to the regular cross-over move that I seem heavily reliant on.
Does anyone have any visual or sensory cues that I can use when working on these releases? And, what about a photo montage or video montage of these moves? I have pretty much forgotten everything I learned and was working on last year. Any slow speed drills along with releases that I can work on?
